Mental Health Awareness

I started drawing back in 2017 during a time of absolute darkness, I hadn’t drawn much before other than when I was in school. It gave me a way to communicate with how low I was feeling at the time and gave me opportunities to connect with others which eventually led to me reaching out on those tough days.

Here is a small selection of mental health based works that I have created over the years.

I used to be a lot more self-conscious than I am now, I struggled with body image since I was a boy and had the worst self esteem.

It took a long time to feel confident though I still have wobble days where the mirror feels like my worst enemy, this picture represents those days and the little negative voice whispering it's nasty's to me.

If you feel that way I hope you manage to shake it off too and remember to reach out to others. You’re not alone.

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Broken hearts make it rain.
The flower still grows from the broken pot.
